Accept property insurance policy for Serene Manor
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a policy with Westchester Surplus Lines Insurance Company for property insurance for vacant property known as Serene Manor, for an approximate annual premium of $32,674.00, with the option to renew the coverage for up to two additional one-year periods. (Requested by Employee Benefits and Risk Management Department)
