Approve MOU with Legacy Parks Foundation for park land services
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Legacy Parks Foundation for services related to preserving and promoting nATURAL areas, expanding park lands, creating trails and greenways, and improving connectivity and access to rivers and streams for an amount not to exceed $125,000.00 annually. (Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
