Fund C.O.N.N.E.C.T. Ministries violence-prevention case management services

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with C.O.N.N.E.C.T. Ministries to provide individual case management, wraparound social services and emergency relocation support to individuals at high-risk for being involved in community-based violence for an annual amount not to exceed $186,100.00.
