An Ordinance to close an unnamed alley near 1902 Forest Avenue, lying within City Block 10085, running between Nineteenth Street and Twentieth Street, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners (Council District 1). (Requested by Engineering Department)
On March 17, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Close an unnamed alley near 1902 Forest Avenue” by a vote of 9–0.
