A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a piggyback Agreement with Alfred Benesch & Company to provide consulting services to study the Knoxville Area Transit System in order to maximize ridership and support access to parks, affordable housing, and employment, in an amount not to exceed $74,332.00.
