Endorse Phase One of the Alternative Response plan

A Resolution endorsing implementation of Phase One of the Alternative Response Business and Service Delivery Plan and thanking the members of the Alternative Response Task Force (ARTF) and other engaged stakeholders whose contributions were integral to the development of the plan. (Requested by Councilmember Parker)

On March 31, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Endorse Phase One of the Alternative Response plan” by a vote of 7–1.
