Accept Tennessee Opioid Abatement Council grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award of up to $1,600,000.00, with no required local match, from the Tennessee Opioid Abatement Council for substance abuse advocacy and prevention, and for combating overdose deaths. (Requested by Police Department)
