Accept DOJ grant for gun crime forensic investigations

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept the 2025 Law Enforcement Crime Gun Intelligence Center Integration Initiative program grant from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, in the amount of $300,000.00, with no required local match, for funding of the Knoxville Police Department's Forensic Unit to enhance gun crime investigations and prosecutions. (Requested by Police Department)
