Authorize change order for 2011 Resurfacing Project with Rogers Group.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. C-12-0011 with Rogers Group, Inc., to increase the contract price by $358,534.71 for a new contract total of $6,659,903.23 for the 2011 Resurfacing Project, and extend the date of completion.(Requested by Department of Engineering)
