A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Dunn and Metz Appraisal Group for an amount not to exceed $26,000.00 to provide real estate appraisal services for the Sevier Avenue Improvements Project.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering Department)
