A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a quitclaim deed to Althea Pope, for one parcel of property located at 2000 Seminole Avenue, Parcel ID No. 095-FH-021, within the limits of the City of Knoxville pursuant to the HOPE 3/Homemakers Program for a contract sales price of $1,000.00.(Requested by Community Development Department)
