Authorize Mayor to acquire property at 4909 Western Ave. for $45K for pedestrian bridge
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property by purchase, or condemnation if necessary, in fee simple and for a temporary construction easement within certain real property located at 4909 Western Avenue for $45,000.00 as part of the Western Avenue Pedestrian Bridge Project.(Requested by Departments of Engineering and Parks and Recreation)
