A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Vaughn & Melton Consulting Engineers, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $181,562.00 to provide right-of- way acquisition services for the Sevier Avenue Improvements Project.(Requested by Office of Redevelopment and Engineering Department)
