    An Emergency Ordinance of the Council of the City of Knoxville appropriating the sum of $2,250.00 from the Community Improvement (202) Fund and donating same to Chilhowee Intermediate School to be utilized toward an electric school sign.(Requested by Vice Mayor McKenzie and Councilmembers Singh, Rider, Testerman, and Parker)
