    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute documents for the purchase of tax parcel 094LE027, known as 314 Union Avenue, from Knoxville Hotel Partners, LLC for the purchase price of $450,000.00 and to execute documents for the assumption of a lease of tax parcel 094LE029, an adjoining parcel at the corner of Union Avenue and Strong Street, identified as 0 Union Avenue, which is presently leased by the various beneficiaries of the estate of Bridget Kirk to Knoxville Hotel Partners, LLC. (Sixth District) (Requested by Operations)
