Authorize IDB to negotiate PILOT payments for W. Depot Avenue properties

A Resolution authorizing the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from 100 W. Depot Investors, LLC, or an affiliate thereof, payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes (“PILOT”) with respect to certain real property located at 100 W. Depot Avenue, 108 W. Depot Avenue, 0 W. Depot Avenue, and a portion of 300 W. Depot Avenue in the City of Knoxville, Tennessee, and finding that such payments are deemed to be in furtherance of the public purposes of the Board as defined in Tenn. Code Ann. § 7-53-305.
