    A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 in Residential Historic Preservation Program funds to the Preserves at Loves Creek, LLC, to support property improvements located at 1707 Loves Creek Road, within the limits of the City of Knoxville. (Council District 4) (Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
