Authorize agreement with Chevin Fleet Solutions for Fleetwave software upgrades

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Chevin Fleet Solutions for the provision of upgrades to Fleetwave software used by the Fleet Services Department to transition to an online hosted platform which will allow efficient data input onto a cloud-based system, for an initial setup cost not to exceed $20,600.00 and an annual cost not to exceed $42,492.00 per year, for an initial three-year term.(Requested by Fleet Services)
